Manaton Village
5 miles from Bovey Tracey, Manaton is a picturesque moorland village with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside including Haytor and the Bowerman’s Nose.
The village is unusual in being split into 2 parts. The upper part includes the 14th century church (St Winifred's), the village green and the Parish Hall. The lower part of the village contains the Kestor pub and the wildflower meadow and orchard at Mellowmead.Â
